Returns
We want our clients and customers to be happy with their purchases from LIV + GRACE SKINCARE. If a product absolutely doesn't work for an individual, please contact info@livandgraceskincare.com within 14 days of the purchase date and explain your reason for a desired return. If you have followed all the guidelines and LIV + GRACE SKINCARE grants a return for a refund or exchange, you will receive a "Return Confirmation Number" to include when shipping back to the below address within 5 business days. Shipping Fees are non-refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee applied to all refunds.Â
Our products are small batch and fresh, therefore if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Â
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, kindly send us an email to info@livandgraceskincare.com for a "Return Confirmation Number". Once you receive notification of your approved RCN, you may send your item to: 1370 Trancas Street, #244 Napa California US 94558. Postage is not refundable or reimbursed.
