Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer "FREE GROUND SHIPPING" on all consumer product orders over $350, excluding tax and shipping fees. This applies to retail customers only.

For all other orders, we give options at final check out for customers to choose the best delivery service for their needs.  When the order is complete, we process within 48-72 hours, if not sooner. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Most of the delivery options supply a tracking link which is sent to the email you use when placing your order.  On the rare occasion your package is lost, we help to track the package for our customers.  We do not take responsibility for orders that are tracked as "delivered".  

Sometimes, there are unforeseen issues, like addresses incorrectly entered, bad weather or simply an error by the shipping company.  We ask our customers to please be patient and if it is simply too long for delivery, we will first help find the package and then send out another package. For Hawaii residents, when placing orders, please chose "Priority Shipping" instead of "ground shipping", which can easily take 30 days.  

If we have agreed to resend a new package, we will ask our customer to refuse delivery of the original order and then it will be sent back to us.  We reserve the right to double charge if the delayed package is delivered to the customer and not returned within 10 days of the time it was delivered.
